Every 90 days, try to disconnect from the old man. Travel somewhere different. Disconnect from routine activities and plan something new.
• 2 DIFFERENT DINNER
Try to dine at a different restaurant every two weeks at least.
This will activate your sense of Social Belonging immediately.
• GO TO LIVE EVENTS (When things get back to normal)
Concerts, sports, movies.
• TRAVEL
DO you have a list of the 4 destinations you want to go?
This will bring you a sense of adventure.
• INCREASE YOUR FRIENDSHIP
Is that a friend you haven’t talk for a while?
